"OfficePW! V4" is an application that allows you to set and cancel passwords for multiple Microsoft Office documents (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) in a batch.
Even if you don't have expertise such as macros, it's okay, and you can set it up by simply dragging and dropping a document into the app.
It also has a function to check in advance whether there is a password.
The latest version (V3) now supports Adobe PDF documents.
Simply drag and drop a Microsoft Office document such as Word or Excel onto the desktop icon to set a password. You can also set passwords by dropping multiple documents and folders, not just a single document.
Microsoft Office documents for which a password has been set with this app can be opened with your usual Microsoft Office application such as Word or Excel. Since there is no need to prepare a special application separately, it is safe even when handing over to others.
In addition to Office documents, Adobe PDF documents are also supported. You can set passwords at the same time as Office documents, and you can open PDF documents with your usual PDF application.
